Marinate flank steak in soy sauce, ginger, lemongrass, brown sugar, and sambal for a few hours, then grill. Let rest, then slice and toss in a sauce made of sriracha, lime juice, garlic, and greek yogurt. Take a sliced french roll with a drizzle of olive oil on the bottom, a handful of cilantro, basil, and chives (coarsely chopped), thinly sliced cucumber, thin peels of daikon, then pile on yogurt-coated meat and fold shut.
